Take time to be kind!
Jesus commands us
to “love each other.” Jn 15:17
Then take time
for the little things—
the little kindness,
the little deeds, and
the little favors.
Take time to consider
the needs of others,
by speaking a gentle word,
by being patient,
by being longsuffering, and
by simply being worthwhile
to others.
This requires time, love,
and action.
For a spoken word of kindness
can lift the heart,
can bring a moment of joy,
can bring hope, and
can give strength to those in need.
When you take the time to be kind,
you are doing the will of the master, and
Jesus will stand with you!
