A true leader leads by positive examples and also leads from the front, but at the same time credit every success as a result of teamwork.  They encourage their followers to dig in deep to realize their true potential in life. They help people to realize their strengths and capitalize on them, and also to work on their weaknesses to transform them into strengths. They don’t create an environment where their followers would have to live in fear. A true leader creates enthusiasm and a strong sense of urgency between his or her followers. They give credit to where it is due instead of always taking every credit to themselves. They also motivate others to increase their levels of creativity and productivity by teaching and working with them side by side.
