Don’t lose courage – The dawn will come
Be determined
to keep the faith you have in Jesus,
to carry on in His name, and
to let Him have His way in your life.
For the Lord works out everything
for His own good ends. Prov. 16:4
Then when your days grow dark
and your nights grow stormy,
don’t lose your courage;
don’t lose the hope you have in Jesus.
For your life is in His hands.
He will guide you and guard you.
He will see you through to the dawn.
Be determined, then,
to carry on in His name.
Be confident that the Lord
will work out everything for you
to His own good ends.
Your dawn will come!

God, where are you?
When the struggles of life cause you to cry,
“O God, where are you?”
Look within!
Your body is the temple of the living God.
There, Jesus has promised to meet you.
There, His promises become real.
There, you learn to rely on Him.
There, you receive
counsel and guidance.
There, you clear away any doubt
of your oneness with God!
Then look within!
Even in the midst of the struggles,
even under the stress of life,
Jesus is with you!
If you will call on His name,
you will feel His presence.
For He is right there
Within your heart!
